Chris McGivern

After early experience in marketing, HR and organisation development in several companies, Chris founded his first employee survey business in 1980. It grew into EMPLOYeSURVEYS, one of the leading specialists in the field, merging with another consultancy in 2006. He has managed survey and 360° projects in a very wide variety of organisations in many sectors of the economy. Chris manages Employee Feedback.


Mark Williams

With an MSc in Occupational Psychology Mark started his career with a Human Resource consultancy developing 360° feedback systems for large multi-national companies.

In 2001 he joined EMPLOYeSURVEYS and since then has managed numerous employee survey and 360° feedback projects. In addition to consulting Mark is responsible for technical development at Employee Feedback.


Gemma Phillips-Pike

Gemma is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with a First Class degree in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University. She has extensive experience of survey design and delivery for both public and private sector clients.

Prior to working for EmployeeFeedback, Gemma worked for Serco Group Plc, as a consultant implementing organisational change and development initiatives as well as delivering individual coaching.


Deborah Stopnitzer

Deborah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a First Class degree in Psychology and Economics, a M.A in Psychology of Education and a M.Sc in Occupational Psychology.

Deborah provides organisational insight, helps clients align people strategies with business objectives and improves strategic effectiveness by using employee research.

Prior to working for Employee Feedback, Deborah worked for Towers Perrin, as a Project Manager, and for Ipsos MORI, as Project Director in the Employee Relationship Team. Her focus is on employee engagement, organisational development and change management, in both the private and public sector.

Prior employment focused on HR and Training in commercial and educational backgrounds.


Clive Beaumont

A highly experienced employee communication specialist, Clive has managed both an international consultancy and his own practice. His clients have included many large corporates including Xerox, ICI and The Stationery Office where he has worked at the most senior levels with HR Directors and managers.

Clive is able to advise clients on all aspects of survey communication, from the initial stages through to post-survey reporting on the results and follow-up implementation.


Sheila McGivern

Sheila began her working life in the Insurance Industry where she became an underwriter and later went into management.

She subsequently moved into the NHS where she spent a number of years before joining EFL to take over responsibility for managing its 360° feedback programmes.

Sheila has considerable experience of the 360 process and is able to advise on every aspect. She advises on the training of facilitators and participants.


Martin White

Martin works with Employee Feedback as an IT specialist, a field in which he has over sixteen years’ experience. Before this he was an HR professional in a number of large organisations.

In addition to his generalist IT and HR skills he also provides bespoke training services for clients using our software and that of a number of major providers.

He has a remarkable ability to simplify the most complex HR related organisational systems and to develop new and more effective analytical tools.

Martin’s most recent assignments have included projects with Carphone Warehouse, Orange and the National Youth Theatre.

By taking the time to understand our business and its people, the team at Employee Feedback have worked with us for a number of years to develop surveys and deliver feedback in a style and approach that engages staff and encourages participation. Their genuine desire to understand our goals has no doubt contributed towards the success of our partnership with Employee Feedback.
