starting from scratch

You want to run an employee survey, but have no experience. What’s involved and will it provide value for money?

Running an employee survey can be a daunting task. How to design a clear, comprehensible questionnaire that measures the right things? What’s involved in achieving a good response rate? And how do you analyse and report on thousands of datasets?

It’s also a high profile exercise and expectations can be high among both the workforce and management.

Many of our clients have little or no direct experience of managing employee survey projects. From the start of each assignment, we take great care to explain and present all the choices available at every stage.

Our proposals (prepared after face to face, no-obligation meetings) set out all the options. You can select what you want from a menu of choices, each item of which is clearly costed.

How we can help

We’ve been helping clients with surveys for over 25 years. A large majority come back to us year after year because they achieve a substantial return on their investment.

We have worked with Chris McGivern and the team for many years now and have together developed a survey and a method of reporting the results which well suit our business. We enjoy working with them and are very grateful to them for their creativity and commitment, routinely using personal time to deliver high quality results in tight timescales.
