Opinion surveys may provide evidence of workplace bullying or harassment. Whatever the indicators, it’s clearly essential to establish the facts. That is often where Employee Feedback gets involved – designing and running a totally confidential survey of those who have been subject to workplace abuse.

Usually we conduct these surveys via telephone interviews but ONLY on a voluntary basis with the express permission of the employees concerned, who are given an absolute guarantee of anonymity.

We prepare a fully confidential report which enables all the relevant parties to determine the most appropriate action.

Tackling workplace abuse

Our work often results in new anti-abuse policies and leads to the introduction of better training for managers. We can advise on the development of effective training programmes of this kind, along with other specialists in the field.
