Thinking green – a key aspect of Corporate Social Responsibility
It’s now commonplace for organisations to consider their impact of their activities on the Planet. Yet few businesses are aware of what terms like ‘sustainability’ and ‘green issues’ mean to their employees and the extent to which there is alignment between employee opinion and corporate policy.

Topics which such surveys can explore include:
- Awareness and understanding of company policies on sustainability
- Degree of active support for Green policies
- The fit between day-to-day experience and environmental policy
- Perceived alignment of managerial behaviours and Green policies
- Links between Corporate Social Responsibility generally and employee opinion
