It's always good to share good news. This Kraft-Heinz case study is full of it.

Clearly fantastic news about their efforts to achieve gender parity and beating targets.  But also how one person can make a difference, to really listening to staff, to using data smarter to drive up engagement, to having expert people in internal teams and also using external expertise when that's what the business requires.  

This sounds to us like a great place to work.
